Bought the phone for my daughter and for some vague reason / vibration mode/ some source of shock, the phone developed white lines on the screen with utterly poor resolution on the 8th day, so I could not get replacement from Snapdeal. I located the dealer in Fort, Mumbai, who promptly registered the complaint and was very helpful, as I did not have the print out of the invoice, but a photo of the same. I sent the copy of the invoice by mail, which was acceptable. But it was very arduous to follow up, because the spare screen has to come from some warehouse, which was difficult to locate... Delhi NCR, Pune etc. and many numbers were given to me to talk to but finally got hold of the right person. It was very difficult to get his phone as he was always busy on phone. But somehow after about 45 days, the piece came and in minutes, the part was changed. The funny part was I was happy with the work and outcome physically, I did not check the phone functionally. After a while, when I was returning, just made a call and I could not hear from the speaker. Later, I was told that the person I called could hear me clear. Then I trudged back to the dealer, who apologized and set the phone right, again, in a few minutes time. Bottom line The phone is excellent and a great value for money, but if you get in to any problem of malfunction, you have to put up with delay. Patience and perseverance is the need. Nobody, who is in touch with us during the rectification process, is anyway responsible for the fault, so I decidedly had a good rapport with the people concerned and got the work done. In my case, since the phone was otherwise functional, I requested to keep the phone for daily use, which worked fine. I may go for another one.

Battery doesn't lasting..otherwise good..

I am happy with the device and I think it is a great smartphone.it is light weight.

Asus Zenfone 5 is better option at this price, Samsung duos core g355h also and may others. this phone has data connection problem. Photos and videos too poor quality, means poor image sensor type with smaller pixel size. Again low battery backup.

Value for your money.. Device with high specs at low cost. Front camera 8 MP very nice for video calling and selfies.Earphones are very good. Freebie flip cover is so nice that you dont have to open the cover to see who is calling you. Only drawback is battery.By evening it comes to zero. Full HD gives very good display. Finally compared to phones with same specs price is very low.One has to think about OS ( 4.2 ) are they going to upgrade ( 4.4 ) it or not?

Worth for money. For 10k, 2gb for apps, 1gb ram and 12gb internal memory, 1 Gorilla glass, fhd, 13 mp back camera, 8mp front camera. I jus love this. Only thing is processor bit lagging. But that's OK for me. Battery as well draining fast. Obviously it would in 5 inches display.
