The results if used consistently and properly are good. Main con i noticed is its very thick and if we use 5scoops as recommended with 12oz of milk..err it will feel like we are drinking grease. I recommend splits of 2 scoops (1hr before workout and half hour after). Else the stuff is good for gaining
