I purchaise d product almost one year before,i got it on reasonable price and well packed. No damges on time, thanks to Snapdeal team.

It was having issue regarding HDD and Card reader slot. Will ask toshiba persons to see to it. Hope HDD comes into guarantee and can be replaced for free. Kindly check before buy. Same issue happened to one more buyer here. Kindly read it.

Affordable range with this configuratin Driver CD's and laptop bag are not included. Poor build quality.

I just Received this Product on 9 Oct/2013. It did not have OS. I installed the OS(Windows 7 - Ultimate) , It only looks 15-20 Minutes to do this which is fast.. To install the Drivers you need to go to Online and downlaod them. Finish of the Laptop is good. I am not sure but there could be some issues with Keyboard in Future as it look loose on Surface... Need to be careful with Hinges( I was already aware of this before buying the Product.. Always open Display LID from Mid of screen). All in all this is a good product for home usage. I also got 5% off on total prize ... so good deal...

please don't buy this product.. price and configuration is attractive.. but unfortunately build quality is pathetic.. light weight since very low quality plastics used.. key board is flat but whose key board and keys start to tremble when we start to type..
