1) How important is the name and address you provide on Snapdeal for booking the Vehicle?
It is extremely important! The name (marked in red) and address (marked in green) you mention during the ‘Shipping Details’ checkout on Snapdeal is the name and address under which the vehicle will be registered.
2) I booked the order on Snapdeal using my name - However, I need the vehicle to be registered in someone else's name. Is that possible?
No. The vehicle will ONLY be registered in the same name as provided during your booking on Snapdeal (KYC). Please ensure that while you are booking, you use the correct name under which you want the vehicle to be registered.
3) I booked the order on Snapdeal using a particular address - However, I need the vehicle to be registered in another address. Is that possible?
No. It is not possible. Please ensure that while you are booking, you use the correct address under which you want the vehicle to be registered.
4) How is the dealership assigned?
Once you place the order on Snapdeal, your order will be forwarded to the nearest dealership which has stock (based on proximity to your registered address). The dealership will contact you; you will be required to go to the dealership to complete the formalities and take delivery of the vehicle.
5) Can I change the dealership that has been assigned?
No. Dealership is assigned based on proximity to the registered address as well as availability of stock.
6) What are the mandatory documents you have to provide at your dealership during the purchase of the vehicle?
Provide printout of Snapdeal booking voucher number
Any Govt. photo ID proof: PAN Card, Driving License etc. (for same name under which vehicle has been purchased on Snapdeal)
Any Govt. address proof (for same address as provided during booking on Snapdeal)

7) Where do I have to pay the balance amount? How much will it be?
You will pay the balance amount at the allocated dealership. The booking amount of INR 5,000 will be adjusted in the final on-road price of the vehicle.
8) How will I get the 2000 SD cash for my vehicle? How can SD cash be used?
Customers will get 2000 SD cash in their Snapdeal account within 30 days of completion of all purchase formalities at the dealership. SD cash can be used as currency to purchase anything on Snapdeal.
9) I have changed my mind and would like to cancel the order - How do I get my refund?
The order is non-cancellable. Once booked, the order cannot be cancelled.
10) Can I change the colour preference post visiting the dealership?
Yes, you can change the colour post visiting the dealership based on the availability of the desired colour at the dealership.
11) Can I buy more than one Piaggio vehicle on Snapdeal?
Yes. Vehicles will be registered on the name and address provided at the time of booking. Multiple purchases form the same account details will lead to multiple vehicle registrations in the same name and address.
