The quality of the stuff is marvellous. This particular model is better than its previous version.

The toaster looks nice, and the bun warmer and dust cap are good innovations, while the crumb catcher tray is useful too. However, when I started I was quite stunned when the slide switch wouldn't go all the way down, and the bread slices stayed up! After much jiggling, I worked out that if I pressed the slide lever to the right and then pushed it down, it would stay down! Not expected from a reputed brand! I hope the Toaster lasts and I dont have the hassle of chasing the guarantee or run to local mechanics.

useless product

First two toasts at 2 burnt.. next two toasts at 1 burnt.. don't think it works.. need to get it repaired.. a new toaster to be repaired!!

whenever you want you can use it.in the kitchen, in the bedroom when you are not in the mood to go in the kitchen, in study when relaxing after study
