the product is good having great clearity, bt bass when made full it doesnt sounds properly...have to make 3points less of bass, then it gives good output

i here it, the sound is very less, it sounds like normal speaker, even less voice than normal speakers, only bass function given but treble function is not given. so only bass can increase. also all function are on remote which is not durable looking, nothing on hardware even on-off control, it is a big drawback. music function for mode change on remote is not working. rate is good on snapdeal but this particular product is not good, how can philips manufacture such products. how can i find my money back, this product is looking of less price even then i bought in scheme.
