Hi!! I received the cycle. Every thing is fine. But two items are not in the box that were shown in the picture. 1. Bell 2. Brake wires. If i got those as well, i will be get 100% satisfaction.

Product is good. But we need to assamble the product.
The cycle needs to be assembled. We need to fix Handle, Paddle, Front wheel, Brakes and Chain settings (Local shop helps). In my case - I got red colour which is not so great (expecting white). My cycle's front wheel is little bit disordered. I got it fixed from local shop. No bell is given with the cycle. Very heavy material. You can take it both positive(durable) and negative(no easy to handle) ways. Build quality of the cycle is superb. It appears that it will last for at least three years. The bike is fit for seven years plus. Four boys inquired in 15 minutes (when i was in repair shop) about the bike. It does mean that the product is very attractive. Good Wishes.
