Excellent rendering of hd videos, awesome picture and sound output.The one star not given was due to the fact that there is no option for controlling volume output if one needs to do so( I certainly needed so).

Extra output like A/V and optical and also HDMI. Really awesome player.

Prior to the purchase of this player, i was owning samsung BD player, Philips BD player which would not read MKV formats properly, and frequent lens problems, inefficient 1080p upscale The Best features i liked are 1. OPTICAL AUDIO OUTPUT When i connected to my YAMAHA A/V receiver, the sound that came from POLK speakers were AMAAAZING, A CRYSTAL CLEAR DIFFERENCE from SAMSUNG BD PLAYER. 2. MULTI FORMAT SUPPORT Unlike other players which specify the formats in their manual and when it comes in real, the files are not recognized properly by player. LG stands apart in this case, It played 3D SBS MKV,MP4,WMV,divx,avi(divx&xvid),FLV seamlessly. 3. 1080p Upscale This part i liked most. Perfect 1080p@60Hz upspace

The picture quality is excellent. It detects even my portioned hard disk. Great overall picture and sound quality when used along with home theater. Lower price compared to the local market. Player is user friendly and easy to operate.
