Synopsis
This book has those letters that Nehru wrote to Indira when she was young and was living in Mussoorie and he was in Allahabad. There are 30 letters that talk about history, cultures, different races, different communities, about Ramayan, Mahabharata, about kings, their kingdoms etc. Nehru wanted Indira to know from young age about India, its diversities, about people. They are sort of guidance or advices that a father is giving to his young daughter.

About the Author
Our first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, was not only a good leader, a freedom fighter, but also a very good writer. He has penned down few book like: Mahatma Gandhi, An Autobiography With Musings On Recent Events In India, Toward Freedom, Glimpses of World History etc.
