"Ram and Rahim, two close friends lived in village. their sons Shiva and Aslam respectively, were good friends too. When a ruthless goonda Zalim Singh terrorise the village, Ram and Rahim called upon the people to unite and fight him. In the name of Hindu-Muslim riots, Zalim Singh sets Ram and Rahim’s houses on fire. All die but Rahim’s wife Salma sacrifices her son Aslam and succeeds in saving Ram’s son Shiva and runs away from the scene. Aslam too escapes the fury of the fire but loses track of his mother and bosom friend Shiva.
Salma brings up Shiva, who grows into a brave young man carrying the impressions of his childhood – always trying to crush goondaism and help the poor and needy. A notorious goonda Raghu could not operate because of Shiva (now known as Tiger) and in order to remove Tiger from his path, hatches a plot to make him an enemy of Zalim Singh (now very influential and respectable Zamindar). Zalim Singh sets his henchmen to catch Tiger and furthermore hires Shera (Aslam of childhood) to catch Tiger.
Salma compels Shiva (Tiger) to change the ways of his life and They shift to jungle where Shiva works as a labourer. Shera finds Tiger in the jungle, not knowing that he is his childhood friend Shiva, and that his own mother has brought him up. A deadly fight ensues between them before the realities of the past surface in front of them. How the two unite and fight the evil Zalim Singh forms the rest of the entertaining film KHOON PASINA.
