Spinach/Palak is an established favorite, it grows slowly, high yielding and slow to bolt, therefore suitable for all year cultivation. It produces quality, dark green leaves, throughout the season. Spinach has similar growing conditions and requirements as lettuce, but it is more versatile in both its nutrition and its ability to be eaten raw or cooked. The offered seeds yield pretty nutritious and delicious vegetable and can be eaten raw as microgreens. You can plant it in your garden, yard, balcony, etc. Sowing Method- Prepare soil before sowing the seeds. Please ensure soil is clean from any weed or insect. After preparing the soil, insert the seeds, half (0.5) inch of depth. While watering, sprinkle water through a sprinkler or manually using hands, do not use pipe or a mug to water for the first week, as the force of water might damage the seed germination process. Germination may take place in 10-18 days, depending upon different varieties. Once the seeds grow in to seedlings, say around 3 inches, transplant the seedlings to various pots or desired areas. The sapling needs to be checked at regular intervals to ensure it is not infected by any weed/pest or insect. Use Organic Manure once in 15 days for healthy growth. Happy Gardening !!
