Step 5: After punching request for installation customer will receive a call from DishTV Service franchisee for installation time and location confirmation.
Step 6: DishTV authorized franchisee / service provider will visit customer to install the connection within 48-72 hours of call log in.

I Was not expecting this from snapdeal a product with such a poor quality..They should ensure that a new and conditiond product to be sent. The product Aeoss Micro usb to HDMI HDTV MHL Adapter HDMI TV out cable For Galaxy SII S2 Note which was sent was an old product and was in rust.. Send a good a product and do not encourage such kind dealers
