As the reviews say there is nothing flashy about the phone but it's one of the best in the markets. I definitely nod with the "best features any phone could have" tag line, but happen to be sad because the battery does hit me hard at times when I am at work. The 5 hour battery backup wants enough for me as my work mostly involves staying online and checking emails and calling for long time. No harm otherwise, it's a perfectly smooth running phone without any hang-ups or disconnections. You can check the recent smart phones instead of this if you want touch screen. I always found blackberry attractive and now that I have bought I can really appreciate people admiring it from away. The black finish nice curves and great look, a phone cannot get better than this.
