Dr. Raj Kumar born at Nazla Chack, Tehsil–Akhnoor, Distt.-Jammu in 1960. He obtained his Ph.D from the University of Jammu in 2003. He authored number of books on the pattern of Dr. B.R. Ambedk aras a social-scientist.
