Purchasing on Snapdeal

Q. How do I make a purchase at Snapdeal?

A. Just browse to the deal/product page that you wish to purchase. Then click the ‘Buy’ button. Fill in your contact details (email id, mobile number) and make the payment online. In case of ‘Cash On Delivery’ voucher, ‘Home Delivery’ deals and ‘Product’ purchases, be sure to fill in your shipping details carefully.

Q. How do I know my purchase is complete?

Q. Is it possible for me to buy products that are sold out?

Q. Do I need to print my voucher?

A. COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Q. How will I get my money back in case of a refund or cancellation?
